After 20 years of being a psychotherapist and 15 years of being a fitness instructor I have come to realize that people only push themselves so far and often times do not reach their goal out of fear, behavior patterns or messages they give themselves. We keep ourselves from triumph which further perpetuates negative self talk, depression and anxiety.
